The Golden Rules

These apply everywhere, in every mode, always.

Be Respectful

Treat every person on 4ThaStreets with basic human dignity. Disagreements happen — disrespect doesn't have to. Rudeness, belittling, or demeaning language is never acceptable, regardless of context or mode.

No Harassment

Harassment in any form is prohibited. This includes:

• Repeated unwanted messages after someone has stopped responding or asked you to stop
• Threatening, intimidating, or abusive language
• Following, monitoring, or obsessive behavior
• Coordinated attacks or encouraging others to harass a user

If someone doesn't respond or declines interest, respect that. Move on.

Consent Is Non-Negotiable

Every interaction must be consensual. This means:

• Only send explicit content if the other person has explicitly asked for it
• Never pressure, coerce, or guilt someone into meeting, chatting, or sharing content
• Respect a match's pace and boundaries without question
• Asking for or assuming consent is not the same as having it

No Unsolicited Explicit Content

Do not send sexually explicit images, videos, or messages to anyone who has not clearly and explicitly requested them. Unsolicited explicit content — commonly referred to as "d*ck pics" or similar — is an automatic violation and may result in immediate termination of your account.

Authenticity & Honesty

Be real. The community depends on it.

Be Yourself

Your profile must represent you accurately. Prohibited:

• Using someone else's photos (catfishing)
• Misrepresenting your age, gender, or identity
• Using heavily edited or AI-generated photos as your primary photo
• Creating a fake persona or pretending to be someone you are not

No Scams or Spam

4ThaStreets is not a platform for financial exploitation. Prohibited activities include:

• Asking for money, gift cards, or financial assistance from matches
• Romance scams, investment scams, or any form of financial fraud
• Sending promotional messages, affiliate links, or advertising
• Operating a bot or automated account
• Soliciting business, selling services, or promoting OnlyFans/similar platforms

Safety & Well-Being

Your safety is our priority.

Protect Your Privacy

Do not share another user's personal information (address, workplace, phone number, photos shared in private) with anyone outside the app. Sharing private information without consent ("doxxing") is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Meeting in Person Safely

When meeting someone from 4ThaStreets for the first time, we strongly recommend:

• Meeting in a public place
• Telling a friend or family member where you're going
• Arranging your own transportation
• Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave

If you ever feel unsafe, contact local emergency services immediately.

No Hate Speech or Discrimination

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or socioeconomic status is strictly prohibited. This includes slurs, derogatory symbols, and content that promotes or glorifies hate groups.

Adults Only

You must be 18 or older to use 4ThaStreets. Any content involving minors in a sexual or romantic context is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and referral to law enforcement.

Consequences of Violations

Warning

Minor first-time violations may result in a formal warning and content removal. Repeated minor violations escalate.

Suspension

Moderate or repeated violations result in a temporary suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During suspension, you cannot access your account.

Permanent Ban

Serious violations — including harassment, sexual coercion, scamming, hate speech, non-consensual explicit content, or any content involving minors — result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal. Certain violations will be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

Help us keep 4ThaStreets safe for everyone.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report button on any profile or message (tap the three-dot menu)
• Block the user immediately if you feel unsafe — blocking prevents all future contact
• Email us at [email protected] for urgent safety concerns

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We investigate every report and take appropriate action. Reports are confidential — the person you report will not be told who reported them.
